The Awards are free to enter due to the support of our kind sponsors.  The awards celebrate a wide range of properties including single and multiple dwelling residential developments, community and commercial buildings, and open space/public realm/landscape.

Holgate Windmill

A long community-based campaign to restore an important landmark windmill that has come to a successful conclusion. Dedicated enthusiasts have made a threatened structure into an educational resource and exhibition of local industrial archaeology.
